Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry cums Despatch candidate to support our Billing, data entry, and dispatch operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating inward and outward movement of materials, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inward and outward movement of goods.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents and records.
• Enter and update stock and dispatch details in Excel/ERP software.
• Prepare basic Excel reports related to inventory and dispatch.
• Coordinate with the store, production, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and dispatched materials.
• Ensure proper arrangement and cleanliness of the dispatch area.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged materials, or dispatch issues to the concerned supervisor.

Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Any Degree.

Experience:

• 0–3 years in data entry, store, inventory, dispatch, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain records and handle documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Candidates from Coimbatore/local areas are preferred (Selvapuram, Perur).
• Freshers with good computer and Excel knowledge can also apply.
