Data Entry (Customer service Department )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Entry professional to join our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to process data accurately while maintaining excellent communication with customers. No prior experience is required, but candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer information into the database with accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
• Process orders, invoices, and customer requests efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer records while ensuring data integrity.
• Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Generate reports related to customer interactions and data entry tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality.
• Support other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• With or without experience. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
