Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry executiveto handle data entry, record maintenance, documentation, and day-to-day computer-related administrative tasks in OODO. The candidate should have good typing skills, accuracy, and basic knowledge of MS Office.and OODO

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in OODO and Excel sheets.
• Maintain and organize records, files, invoices, and other documents.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as instructed.
• Handle data related to sales, purchases, inventory, attendance, and other departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated regularly.
• Coordinate with different departments for collecting and verifying information.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Perform other computer and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification any Degree.
• Basic knowledge of OODO,MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Freshers can apply; 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP/software systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
