Data Entry Executive

Prajapati NexaTech Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Data Entry Executive to assist with day-to-day data management and back-office operations.

The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining company records using Microsoft Excel and other office tools.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in Microsoft Excel
• Maintain customer and business records
• Update enquiry and lead details
• Prepare daily and weekly reports
• Verify data for accuracy
• Maintain digital files and documents
• Update company records as assigned
• Assist with general back-office work
• Coordinate with team members when required

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge
• Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred
• Basic MS Word knowledge
• Good typing skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic Hindi and English communication
• Ability to work responsibly and maintain data confidentiality

Preferred Excel Skills

• Data Entry
• Formatting
• Sorting and Filtering
• Basic Formulas
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP knowledge is an advantage

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass
• Freshers may apply
• Experienced candidates are also welcome
• Age 18 years or above

Work From Home

Work From Home may be offered to selected candidates based on job requirements.

Candidates working remotely must have:

• Own laptop or desktop computer
• Reliable internet connection
• Availability during assigned working hours
