Data Entry Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Content Management Executive to manage, update, and maintain listings and related information on our website/platform. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all listing information, fees, images, attributes, and other content is accurate, complete, updated, and presented consistently.

Job Responsibilities:

Create, add, and update website listings.

Update course/program details, fees, eligibility, duration, intake, and other information.

Upload and update images, logos, banners, and documents.

Add and update attributes, categories, tags, and specifications.

Verify data accuracy and correct errors, duplicates, and missing information.

Update and maintain Excel/Google Sheets and website/CMS data.

Perform regular content audits and ensure information remains updated.

Check website links, images, and page content after updates.

Assist with bulk data uploads and database updates.

Maintain daily records/reports of completed updates.

Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain and verify missing information.

Required Skills:

Good typing speed and strong attention to detail.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Basic understanding of website/CMS and data management.

Prior experience in data entry/content management will be an advantage.
