Data Entry Executive

Job Responsibilities:*

* Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Excel/ERP/software.

* Prepare and update daily MIS reports, customer records, invoices, and payment details.

* Maintain proper records of outstanding payments and receivables.

* Follow up with customers/clients regarding pending and overdue payments through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

* Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams to verify invoices, payment status, and outstanding balances.

* Regularly update payment received, pending, and promised payment dates.

* Prepare outstanding payment reports and share regular status updates with management.

* Resolve basic customer queries related to invoices, payments, and account details.

* Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

*Required Skills:*

* Good knowledge of *MS Excel, MS Office, and data entry*.

* Good communication and follow-up skills.

* Basic understanding of invoices, payments, and outstanding receivables.

* Good typing speed with accuracy.

* Ability to maintain records and prepare MIS reports.

* Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

*Experience:* 0–2 years

*Qualification:* 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
