Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update jewellery stock details in the system (gold, silver, diamond items).
• Maintain accurate records of weight, purity, design codes, and pricing.
• Record daily sales, purchase, and billing data.
• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and stock reports.
• Maintain customer data and transaction history.
• Coordinate with sales and accounts team for data accuracy.
• Verify and cross-check entries to avoid errors.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Tally, or ERP software).
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of jewellery terms (weight, karat, etc.) preferred.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
