Job Description

looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support its company registration and business compliance operations. This role is suitable for B.Com graduates, including freshers who are eager to learn about company incorporation, documentation and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate client and company information in internal systems.
• Prepare, organize and verify documents required for company registration and compliance filings.
• Assist with MCA forms, company incorporation documentation and filing processes.
• Maintain records of PAN, TAN, GST, DSC and other company documents.
• Track pending documents, filing status and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform data verification and maintain proper documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com degree is mandatory.
• Freshers can apply; candidates with up to 1 year of experience are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good English reading and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with documents, numbers and online portals.
• Willingness to learn company registration and compliance procedures.

Additional Advantage: Knowledge of MCA V3, SPICe+, GST portal, DSC, Tally or basic accounting.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Work Mode: Onsite, Anisad, Patna
