About the Company

We are a diversified business group operating in furniture manufacturing, retail outlets, restaurants, and interior design across South India. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our daily data management and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in company software and Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain and organize invoices, purchase records, sales records, and other documents.
• Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
• Coordinate with other departments to collect and update information.
• Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
• Perform other data entry and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
