About the role

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to manage data entry, record maintenance, and basic client follow-up activities. The role involves working with the Business Development team and maintaining accurate client and business-related information.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in Excel and internal systems.
• Maintain and organize client records and databases.
• Verify data and correct errors when required.
• Make basic outbound calls for client follow-up and information verification.
• Maintain daily records of calls and client responses.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team for data and follow-up requirements.
• Prepare basic reports and documentation.

Eligibility

• B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, or any relevant degree
• Freshers can apply
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
• Good communication skills
• Good typing and data-entry skills
• Willingness to handle basic client calls
• Ability to work in an on-site environment
