Data Entry Executive | Work from Home | 3 months contract

Duration: 3 months contract renewable

Shift Arrangement: 10am-7pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: Base (RM1,700 per month) +  Incentive (up to RM300)

Training is Provided: Report to HQ for training before fully work from home

Annual Leave: 1 day for every completed month of service

• Preferably candidate base in Klang Valley

Job Responsibilities

• Curate marketplace content and perform quality checks to ensure listings are accurate, legitimate, and compliant with platform standards.
• Categorize and assign listings to the appropriate product categories.
• Review and apply marketplace policies and guidelines to ensure listings meet platform requirements.
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Customer Support and Business Development teams to resolve listing-related enquiries and issues.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to identify mistakes and raise concerns proactively.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
