Data Entry Intern

Role & responsibilities

Enter data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems

• Update and maintain records with high attention to detail
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Review and correct data discrepancies
• Generate reports as required
• Coordinate with team members for data validation
• Perform regular data backups and record maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge as a Data Entry Operator or similar role (preferred)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications
• Basic knowledge of databases and data management
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems
