Jackson and Coker is hiring a Data Entry Intern for Summer of 2027. As a Data Entry Intern supporting our VMS Account Management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely information is maintained across multiple business systems. This internship offers hands-on experience working with operational data, learning healthcare staffing processes, and supporting teams that connect clinicians with opportunities nationwide.

You'll receive training on our internal systems and processes while developing skills in data management, quality assurance, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Open and maintain client orders within our Customer Management System (CMS), ensuring contract details, job requirements, and documentation are entered accurately.
• Update client orders as contract requirements, timelines, or staffing needs change.
• Pause, reactivate, or close client orders as needed to reflect current business activity.
• Conduct audits of open and closed orders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
• Support data quality initiatives by identifying discrepancies and assisting with corrections.
• Enter and update information efficiently to meet service-level expectations and business deadlines.
• Assist with posting opportunities to external job boards and company websites to increase clinician engagement.
• Collaborate with account management and operations teams to support ongoing business needs and special projects.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Understanding of business acumen
• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree
