• Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with speed and accuracy
• Verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Generate reports and summaries from entered data as required
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in scanning, filing, and organizing physical and digital documents
• Follow company procedures and data entry standards
