Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Data Input & Management - Accurately enter data from documents, forms, and systems into company databases and spreadsheets.
• Data Verification - Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness. Make corrections where needed.
• Database Updates - Maintain and update customer, product, and sales records in CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Report Generation - Prepare weekly/monthly reports from entered data for management review.
• File Organization - Scan, sort, and file documents both digitally and physically for easy retrieval.
• System Support- Work with other teams to ensure data flows smoothly between departments and software.
• Confidentiality - Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND in any field
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and internet research skills
• Tech-savvy and loves working on a laptop
• Self-motivated, organized, and meets deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn new software and tools
