Data Entry Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Officer to manage and maintain accurate company records, databases, reports, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, good command of MS Excel, and the ability to handle data efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records and ensure information is properly documented.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency and identify discrepancies.
• Perform data verification and cross-check information from different sources.
• Ensure timely submission of assigned reports and data.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Support the team with administrative and data-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Data Entry or a similar role.
• Strong command of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Job Type: Contractual

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per week
