Data entry operater

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive for our Tadkeshwar, Surat manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate plant-related records, updating daily production and inventory data, and coordinating with Production, Stores, Dispatch and Accounts teams for timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain daily production, raw material, packing material and finished goods data.
• Update inward and outward stock movements in Excel / ERP / accounting software.
• Maintain records of GRN, material receipts, issues, transfers and dispatches.
• Prepare and update daily production and inventory reports.
• Enter batch-wise production and stock details accurately.
• Maintain records of material consumption and production output.
• Coordinate with the Stores, Production, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts teams for data collection and reconciliation.
• Verify data received from different departments before entering it into the system.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, challans, production sheets and stock records.
• Assist in physical stock reconciliation with system stock.
• Highlight any stock or data discrepancies to the concerned department immediately.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
• Ensure timely completion of all data entries and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company records.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas, filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Tally / ERP software will be preferred.
• Understanding of inventory and manufacturing documentation will be an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.

Qualification

• Graduate / B.Com / BBA / BCA or equivalent.
• Candidates with relevant computer or data-entry certification may also be considered.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Inventory, Stores or Manufacturing Operations preferred.

Freshers with strong Excel and computer skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates having experience in a manufacturing / FMCG / food processing plant will be preferred.
• Candidates residing near Tadkeshwar - Surat region will be preferred.
• Should be disciplined, punctual and comfortable working in a plant environment.
