Job Position: Data Entry Operator - B2C Supply Chain

Job Location: Agbara, Lagos

Job type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through accurate receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch of inventory.
• The role ensures proper stock handling, inventory accuracy, housekeeping, safety compliance, and adherence to established warehouse procedures to support efficient depot operations and customer service delivery.

The Job

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
• Verify, validate, and cross-check data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive business information in line with company policies and standards.
• Retrieve, compile, and provide data reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records to ensure easy retrieval and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness across systems.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or any related discipline.
• Must have 1-3 years of experience in data entry, records management, administrative support, or a related role.
• Experience in a structured corporate, logistics, manufacturing, or FMCG environment will be an added advantage.

• Possess strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and record-management skills.
• Have the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data inconsistencies.
