DATA ENTRY OPERATOR @ BAVLA, AHMEDABAD

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel, ERP, HRMS, or other company systems.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital records, files, and documents.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before updating records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
• Maintain employee, project, attendance, payroll, inventory, purchase, sales, or other operational records as assigned.
• Collect information from various departments and update the relevant databases/system.
• Perform data verification and identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect information.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are easily accessible when required.
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, MIS reports, trackers, and data summaries.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Projects, Purchase, Stores, and other departments for data collection and verification.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company and employee information.
• Scan, upload, rename, and organize documents systematically.
• Support the HR/Admin/Operations team in routine documentation and administrative activities.
• Complete assigned data-related tasks within the required timelines.
• Perform any other data entry or administrative responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
