Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in the company system.
• Verify data and correct errors or missing information.
• Maintain records, documents, and reports.
• Handle MS Excel, MS Word, email, and basic computer applications.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security.
• Complete assigned tasks within the given deadlines.
• Coordinate with team members for data-related work.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all entered data.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
