Job Overview

The Data Entry Operator will handle daily documentation and digital archiving at the APMC Mandi during the peak 202627 paddy procurement season. Responsibilities focus on I-Form processing, weekly market fee compliance, bill auditing, scanning, and digital cloud storage management.

Core Responsibilities

• I-Form Entry & Auditing:

• Enter daily I-Forms (commission agent purchase receipts) into the FOOD GRAIN ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE accurately.

• Perform daily quality rechecks and cross-verifications of I-Form entries submitted on the previous day to detect and correct discrepancies in rates, weights, or agent details.

• Market Fee Compliance (M-Forms):

• Compile, verify, and process weekly Market Fee M-Forms based on total paddy transactions recorded during the week.

• Ensure timely reconciliation of weekly market fees due from buyers and commission agents.

• Labour Bill Processing:

• Prepare, format, and input daily and weekly mandi labour bills in a specified format ( loading/unloading and various other labour charges).

• Document Scanning & Cloud Archiving:

• Scan physical I-Forms and supporting transaction vouchers daily using mobile phone scanners.

• Organise, label, and upload scanned documents to designated Google Drive/cloud storage folders using standardised file-naming conventions for easy audit retrieval.

Working Hours: Willingness to maintain strict daily shift timings from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM throughout the seasonal crop arrival period.
