Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing & Data Entry Operator to manage invoicing activities, SAP data entry, and warehouse documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely processing of customer transactions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SD Module, invoicing, and logistics administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices using Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, and E-Way Bills.
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure timely distribution to customers.
• Upload customer invoices on respective portals and maintain POD records.
• Follow up on invoice status and assist in payment reconciliation.
• Perform accurate data entry in SAP and maintain customer, inventory, and transaction records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper operational documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and customer requirements.
• Be flexible to work extended hours or weekends based on business requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP SD Module is mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SD Module, invoicing, warehouse/store operations, or logistics administration.
