Data Entry Operator

Location: Indore

Experience: 0-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in company systems, ERP and Excel sheets.
• Maintain and organize records, reports, invoices, orders and other operational documents.
• Verify data for accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and data reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate and update relevant information.
• Ensure timely updation of records and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle data-related queries and provide information to concerned teams whenever required.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company and customer information.
• Support the team in other administrative and data management activities as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and within timelines.
• Prior experience in data entry, MIS or back-office operations will be an added advantage.
