Key Responsibilities

Data Input: Entering alphanumeric information from source documents into systems.

Verification: Reviewing source data to resolve errors, contradictions, or missing details.

Database Maintenance: Regularly updating digital tracking sheets, CRM platforms, and archives.

Reporting: Compiling and exporting data summaries, spreadsheets, and routine reports.

Backups: Performing data backups to ensure information safety and system redundancy.

Document Scanning: Digitising hard-copy files and sorting them into appropriate folders.

Confidentiality: Complying strictly with company security policies and data protection regulations.

Key Skills

Typing Speed: Minimum speed of 4050 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.

Software Proficiency: Expert-level use of Microsoft Excel

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying typos, spelling flaws, and misplaced figures.

Organisation: Ability to efficiently manage, index, and retrieve physical and electronic files.

Time Management: Capacity to hit data logging deadlines without compromising accuracy.
