Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry, updating, and maintenance of records.

• Preparation and formatting of reports, letters, statements, and other official documents.

• Efficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Handling, organizing, and maintaining hard-copy and digital documentation.

• Proper filing, indexing, record keeping, and retrieval of project/site documents.

• Scanning, printing, photocopying, and maintaining document archives.

• Use of modern digital tools and AI applications for documentation and productivity.

• Perform other administrative and documentation tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate preferred; candidates with Intermediate qualification may also be considered based on skills and experience.

• Excellent computer literacy with strong command of MS Word and Excel.

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and other modern digital applications.

• Strong documentation, filing, and record-management skills.

• Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Previous experience in site administration, construction, real estate, or project documentation will be an advantage.
