Data Entry Operator

Responsibilities:

• Type and format study materials, question papers, worksheets, notes, and other academic content.
• Convert handwritten/scanned materials into digital documents accurately.
• Type mathematical equations, formulas, symbols, and scientific content using MathType.
• Format documents using MS Word and maintain consistency in fonts, tables, spacing, and layouts.
• Proofread and correct typing, spelling, and formatting errors.
• Complete assigned work accurately within timelines.

Required Skills:

• Good typing speed with high accuracy (Min 30WPM).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good English grammar and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in academic content typing/data entry is an added advantage.
