Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator who can accurately enter, update and maintain company data and records. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, typing skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enter and update data accurately in computer systems, Excel sheets and company software.
2. Maintain and organize daily records, reports and documents.
3. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
4. Verify data and identify/correct errors or missing information.
5. Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Good typing speed with accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge
