Data Entry Operator

* Enter and update data accurately into company databases, Excel sheets, and software systems.

* Verify data for accuracy and identify missing or incorrect information.

* Maintain and organize digital and physical records.

* Prepare and update Excel reports and daily/weekly data summaries.

* Handle documents, forms, invoices, records, and other business-related information.

* Perform data verification and cross-check information from different sources.

* Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

* Retrieve and provide data whenever required by different departments.

* Coordinate with HR, finance, operations, and other teams for data-related requirements.

* Complete assigned data-entry tasks within deadlines.

* Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
