Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and detail-oriented Data Operator Executive with good knowledge of MS Excel and excellent typing skills. The candidate should be able to handle data entry accurately, maintain records, and complete tasks within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel and company systems.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Perform data checking, verification, and correction.
• Use Excel for data management, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data-related requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Complete assigned work within deadlines.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, MIS, or a similar role.
• Candidates with strong Excel and typing skills will be preferred.

Working Days: 6 days a week
