Data Entry Operator

• Enter customer orders accurately into the DECENT ERP/software.• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery challans.• Verify order details before processing.• Generate E-Way Bills and other sales-related documents as instructed.• Coordinate with the Sales team for order processing and customer requirements.• Coordinate with the Accounts team for billing, payment status and outstanding details.• Update customer records, sales data and payment details in the system.• Maintain customer-wise order, billing and outstanding records.• Coordinate with the Warehouse team for stock availability and dispatch status.• Prepare daily sales, billing, dispatch and collection reports.• Verify sales documents and maintain proper records.• Assist in customer payment follow-ups by sharing outstanding reports with the Sales team.• Maintain proper filing of quotations, invoices, transport documents and other records.• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.• Prepare MIS reports as required by Management.• Support the Sales and Accounts departments in day-to-day operations.

Job Specification

• Graduate preferred.• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Billing, Data Entry or Accounts Support.• Experience in the Textile, Garment, Manufacturing or Trading industry will be preferred.• Good knowledge of DECENT ERP software, Microsoft Excel and billing processes.• Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing and sales documentation.• Good typing speed with high accuracy.• Strong communication and coordination skills.• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
