Job Summary

SPL Diagnost is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to manage data entry, maintain records, and ensure the accuracy of information in the company's systems. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle data efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in the company's software and databases.
• Verify information and identify errors or discrepancies in records.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital documents.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, spreadsheets, and data records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update required information.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of company and customer information.
• Perform regular data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in data entry, back-office operations, or healthcare/diagnostic operations will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
