Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in company systems and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Maintain and organize digital records and documents.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when necessary.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, and records.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
• Perform routine administrative tasks related to data management.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
