Roles and Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer information in the bank's system accurately.
• Assist with customer account opening forms and documentation.
• Verify customer details and documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, and other KYC documents, as per bank procedures.
• Update customer records and banking information in the database.
• Perform data validation and correct errors in records.
• Assist with scanning, uploading, and maintaining customer documents.
• Support banking activities such as account maintenance and customer information updates.
• Maintain proper records of applications, forms, and other banking documents.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information.
