Job Summary

A Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in computer systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents into computer systems.
• Verify and correct data for accuracy.
• Maintain records files and databases.
• Generate reports as required.
• Scan, digitize and organize documents.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security.
• Perform routine data quality checks.

Skills

• Hindi Typing : 25 WPM (Unicode)
• English Typing : 30 WPM
• Basic computer knowledge.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Knowelege of Internet.
• Update office records.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines.

Experience

• Experience 1+ Years

Qualifications

• Graduate (Any stream) With DCA / ADCA / PGDCA or equivalent.
• Good Communication Skills.
