Key Responsibilities:

• Enter daily packing and dispatch-related data in Excel.
• Maintain packing records and daily production data.
• Prepare and update packing reports and MIS.
• Record material quantity, box/carton details, and dispatch information.
• Coordinate with Packing, Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Check data accuracy and maintain proper records.
• Update pending and completed packing status.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of packing-related records.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Typing Speed: 20+ WPM.
• Good computer and data entry skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain records and complete work on time.
