Data Entry Operator – Pharmacy Department

MGM Eye Institute is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Pharmacy Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain pharmacy-related data accurately in the software/system.
• Record medicine receipts, issues, stock entries and other pharmacy transactions.
• Maintain and update inventory and stock records.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports related to pharmacy data and stock.
• Verify data and ensure accuracy of entries.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Coordinate with the Pharmacy team and other departments as required.
• Perform other data entry and administrative tasks assigned by the department.

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Tally/Software/MS Excel and MS Office preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry, pharmacy, hospital or healthcare sector will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Software
• Good communication skills
• Ability to maintain records and handle data confidentially
