Job Description

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a Data Entry Executive with good computer knowledge and strong typing skills to maintain and update company records accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and records.
• Prepare and manage documents using MS Word.
• Maintain and update data using MS Excel.
• Perform regular data verification and ensure accuracy of records.
• Handle documentation, filing, and data-related administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
• Complete assigned data entry tasks within the given timelines.

Required Skills

• MS Word – Mandatory
• Good Typing Skills – Mandatory
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must have their own laptop.

Eligibility

• Freshers with good computer and typing skills can apply.
• Candidates with prior data entry or administrative experience will be preferred.
