Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator cum Jr. Purchase Executive will support the Senior Purchase Executive in daily purchase and operational activities. This role focuses on execution, coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities (Data Entry Operator cum Junior Purchase Executive)

• Assist in preparation and issuance of purchase orders
• Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery status
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and documentation
• Coordinate with stores for inward material and stock updates
• Support vendor communication as instructed by the Senior Purchase Executive
• Prepare basic MIS reports and purchase tracking sheets
• Assist in comparing quotations and rate analysis
• Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-up
• Handle routine operational and purchase-related activities
• Ensure proper filing of documents and system updates

Qualification & Experience (Junior Purchase Executive)

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Management or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
