Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator( Store Department) to support daily store operations, inventory management, and data entry activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, handling inward and outward materials, updating ERP records, and ensuring smooth coordination between the store, purchase, accounts, and production departments.

· Receive, inspect, verify, and store incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

· Issue materials to production and other departments while maintaining accurate stock records and inventory registers.

· Organize, label, and maintain inventory for easy identification, retrieval, and stock control.

· Perform data entry of inward, outward, purchase, and stock transactions in the ERP system.

· Maintain and update inventory records using ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

· Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in stock verification, audits, and inventory reconciliation.

· Maintain proper digital and physical documentation for record-keeping and audit purposes.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, Operations, suppliers, and transport personnel for smooth material flow.

· Ensure cleanliness, safety, and systematic organization of the store while supporting packing and dispatch activities.

· Electronics Materials distribution to Production departments engineers.

Qualifications:

· Any Degree, Diploma , 10th, 12th

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
