Data Entry Operator (DEO)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to enter, update, and maintain hospital-related data accurately in the computer system. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring the confidentiality of patient and hospital information.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update patient details, staff information, and other hospital-related data in the computer system.
• Maintain accurate digital records and databases.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain reports and documentation as required.
• Handle data entry related to patient registration, billing, medical records, and other departments, as assigned.
• Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient and hospital information.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify information.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
• Complete assigned data entry tasks within the stipulated time.
• Follow hospital policies and procedures for data handling and record maintenance.

Qualifications

• Any Degree
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of data entry and record management.

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• 0–1 years of experience preferred.

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
