Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with 2–3 years of experience in data entry, record maintenance, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, accuracy, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain and organise digital records, documents, and files.
• Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and maintain records as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in data entry or back-office operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data management systems.
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who is organised, reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines while maintaining data accuracy.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
