Job Description: Data Entry Operator

Job Purpose

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and usable information across Maruti Exim’s core enterprise systems. This role bridges the gap between our fast-paced textile production floors, logistics teams, and digital databases. The ideal candidate will handle large volumes of technical data—including fabric specifications, export logs, batch numbers, and raw material tracking—with absolute precision.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Production & Inventory Logging: Input daily fabric production metrics, Greige consumption data, Finishing process, Inward & outward entry and quality control reports into the Excel system.
• Export & Logistics Documentation: Record import/export shipping manifests, bill of lading details, customs documentation, and container dispatch metrics for global shipments.
• Order Tracking Management: Update the status of raw material procurement and finished product dispatches to ensure client delivery timelines are visible to management.
• Data Verification & Quality Assurance: Cross-reference physical paperwork (gate passes, invoices, packing lists) with system entries to eliminate discrepancies.
• Database Hygiene: Review, correct, and delete duplicated or corrupted data entries. File and archive physical documentation securely.
• Reporting Support: Generate weekly/monthly inventory summaries and Support MIS Team for production Generating reports .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, ideally within a manufacturing, textile, or export-oriented industry.

o Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

o Familiarity with Textile ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or industry-specific inventory software) is a massive plus.

• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of textile terminology (e.g., fabric counts, GSM, yarn variants, dye lots) is highly preferred.
• Attributes: Exceptional eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Primarily an office-based role, though brief visits to the production floor/warehouse may be required to verify inventory codes or physical documents.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
