Job Description

We are hiring NATS Trainees to support day-to-day banking operations, customer service, documentation, and data entry activities at (Bank) branches.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical exposure to banking operations, customer handling, documentation, data entry, and branch administration through a 1-year NATS training program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new account opening and account-related documentation.
• Handle bank forms and application forms accurately.
• Assist customers with cheque filling and cheque-related processes.
• Update passbook entries and maintain required records.
• Handle basic customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per banking requirements.
• Assist customers with activation of Net Banking and Mobile Banking services.
• Perform document scanning, uploading, and data entry.
• Support cheque processing and related banking activities.
• Perform voucher entries and maintain transaction records.
• Assist branch staff with routine banking and administrative activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to branch processes.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling customer and banking documents.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline with a valid Provisional Certificate.
• Graduation completed between 2022 and 2025.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner.
• Good attention to detail while handling forms and documents.
• Willingness to learn banking operations and work in a branch environment.
• Candidates should be willing to work at the assigned TMB Bank branch.

Salary & Benefits

• Take-Home Salary: 13,000 14,000 per month, including applicable stipend.
• Salary/stipend will be subject to applicable NATS and payroll terms.
• PF & ESI: Not Applicable.
• NATS Training Duration: 1 Year.
• Opportunity to gain practical experience in banking operations and customer service.
• Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates may receive a Government of India NATS Training Certificate, subject to applicable NATS guidelines.
