Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and accurate Data Entry Operator to join our foodstuff trading and distribution team in Ajman.

The ideal candidate must have experience in foodstuff trading or FMCG operations, excellent data entry accuracy, and practical knowledge of Zoho, Shopify, and AI tools. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information, updating inventory and sales records, managing online product listings, and supporting daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate product, sales, purchase, inventory, and customer records.
• Manage product information, item codes, pricing, descriptions, barcodes, and stock quantities in Zoho and Shopify.
• Update online product listings, availability, pricing, and product details on Shopify.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including batch numbers and expiry dates where applicable.
• Verify data against invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and other business documents.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies, duplicate entries, and product information errors.
• Prepare daily and periodic reports using Microsoft Excel and relevant business systems.
• Use AI tools to improve data entry efficiency, product descriptions, data organization, and routine administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized digital records and ensure the confidentiality of company information.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience, preferably in foodstuff trading, FMCG, or distribution.
• Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Practical knowledge of Zoho and Shopify is required.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data management, content preparation, and workflow efficiency.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with product catalogues, inventory management, and online product listings.
• Strong numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
