Job Description

Magna Metal & Mill Stores is looking for a Data Entry Operator / Quotation Executive to support our sales team with quotation preparation, product pricing, data entry and order-related documentation.

Candidates with previous experience in electrical switchgear, pumps, industrial products or trading companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations accurately.
• Enter product descriptions, quantities, rates and discounts.
• Assist customers and sales staff with pricing.
• Maintain and update product price lists.
• Maintain quotation records and customer information.
• Enter orders and product data accurately.
• Coordinate with the store and warehouse for material availability.
• Assist with dispatch-related documents.
• Follow up internally on pending quotations and orders.
• Handle Excel sheets, product codes and pricing data.
• Maintain digital and physical records.
• Support the sales team with routine back-office work.
