Data Entry Operator - Supply Chain

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator – Supply Chain to support our supply chain and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining inventory, purchasing, shipment, and supplier data while ensuring records are complete and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain supply chain, inventory, purchase, and shipment data accurately.
• Update ERP systems, Excel spreadsheets, and internal databases.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, delivery records, invoices, and related documents.
• Monitor and update inventory and stock movement records.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to verify information.
• Check data for errors, discrepancies, and missing information and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Assist with tracking deliveries, supplier information, and order status.
• Perform other administrative and data-entry tasks related to supply chain operations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, supply chain, logistics, inventory, or administration.
• Strong typing and data-entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

• Excel: sorting, filtering, formulas, and basic reporting.
• Inventory and stock record management.
• Purchase order and shipment documentation.
• ERP/data management experience.
• Problem-solving and record reconciliation.
