Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry / Computer Operator to manage data entry, documentation, computer-based operations, and record maintenance. Freshers with basic computer knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company systems and databases.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
• Verify data and correct errors or missing information.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, and documents.
• Handle basic computer and office-related tasks.
• Manage files, documents, and other administrative records.
• Perform data processing and document formatting.
• Coordinate with team members to collect and verify required information.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Good attention to detail
• Basic communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / 12th Pass
• Freshers candidates can apply
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Willingness to learn and work in a team

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and data formatting
• Basic knowledge of email and online tools
• Previous experience in data entry or computer operations is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,881.03 per month
