Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Job Duties:

• Input daily site progress, labor counts, and material usage logs into software.
• Transcribe civil measurements, quantities, and estimates from paper blueprints or engineer notes.
• Verify data accuracy by cross-checking vendor invoices against delivery receipts.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for architectural and structural documents.
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly inventory and project status reports.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Excel or construction management software.
• Fast typing speed with a high accuracy rate.
• Basic understanding of civil engineering or construction terminology is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
