Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Company: The House of Cosmos Position: Data Entry Operator (DEO Department: Administration / Operations Location: Thane Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator (DEO) to handle data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and day-to-day computer-based administrative work. The candidate must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, computer operations, and basic Excel formulas. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain company data accurately. Maintain records, files, reports, and documentation. Prepare and update Excel sheets and daily/weekly reports. Perform data sorting, filtering, formatting, and basic calculations in Excel. Ensure accuracy and consistency of entered data. Handle basic computer and office-related tasks. Organize and maintain digital records and documents. Coordinate with internal departments for data and documentation requirements. Perform other administrative/data entry tasks as assigned by management. Required Skills Must Have Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of commonly used Excel shortcut keys. Understanding of basic Excel formulas. Good computer knowledge and typing skills. Knowledge of MS Word and basic document handling. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain data confidentiality. Preferred / Plus Point Familiarity with Google Sheets. Knowledge of Google Drive and basic online document management. Experience with Excel/Google Sheets reporting and data management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
