Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Data Input: Entering alphanumeric information from source documents into systems.
• Verification: Reviewing source data to resolve errors, contradictions, or missing details.
• Database Maintenance: Regularly updating digital tracking sheets, CRM platforms, and archives.
• Reporting: Compiling and exporting data summaries, spreadsheets, and routine reports.
• Backups: Performing data backups to ensure information safety and system redundancy.
• Document Scanning: Digitizing hard-copy files and sorting them into appropriate folders.
• Confidentiality: Complying strictly with company security policies and data protection regulations.

Key Skills

• Typing Speed: Minimum speed of 40–50 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level use of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying typos, spelling flaws, and misplaced figures.
• Organization: Ability to efficiently manage, index, and retrieve physical and electronic files.
• Time Management: Capacity to hit data logging deadlines without compromising accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.
• Experience: 0–2 years of operational experience as a data entry clerk or administrative helper.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with basic office machinery like scanners, copiers, and fax systems.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of spelling, punctuation, grammar, and basic numeracy

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
